We are constantly trying to increase our tool range for you, however we have recently been told by TOOLBANK that they wont sell to us because we dont have a Trade Counter or a manned Warehouse.
We are actively following this up with the Competition and Marketing Authority, put in place to deal with exactly this kind of behaviour which restricts choice and value for consumers.

Here is an email received from them after they declined my account application:
Just to clarify our trading policy. In brief we do not deliver to private residential addresses, this is for insurance, operational and logistical reasons, which I’m sure you understand. Our policy is the same for all new accounts, large, small, bricks and mortor or on-line.
If you are in a position to provide us with a business address, which is manned and accessible during Toolbank working hours we will re-look at your application.
